The Dassault Mirage 5F had several lives.
In 1966, Israel ordered 50 plane named Mirage V. It was based on a IIIC, without radar, and more fuel storage for attack missions. French President Charles de Gaulle decided an embargo on these aircrafts because of the 1967 war in the middle east. All these aircraft finally went to Armée de l'Air in 1970 under the Mirage 5F name.
This plane became a very good ground-attack aircraft.
This kit is my third High Planes Mirage, after my egyptian and my argentina Mirage. It's good kits but with heavily engraved panel lines.
It has been painted with different shades of Alclad. I added some RPK-10 fuel tanks with SAMP 250kg bombs. I also added two AIM-9b rockets.

Second set of photos I did before. I made a big mistake with Magic II rockets which is incorrect on this type. Some friends helped me and I finally changed to two AIM-9b.
