Many years ago I set about building several of Airfix's classic kits for a magazine series, and the 1/72 Bristol Bulldog tooled in 1969 was one of them. For its age it was a great little kit. I added a bit of extra detail and rigged it with stainless steel wire. Two Bulldogs were sent to the U.S. for evaluation. I'm not sure if actual photos exist, so this was my 'best guess' at the markings.
